“In 2019, I took a leap of faith and founded Parish Lending with one goal: to make homebuying feel personal, supportive, and truly local. Growing up in West Baton Rouge, I was inspired by the ‘Back Brusly’ oak that's strong, steady, and deeply rooted. That oak lives in our logo as a reminder: your mortgage should give you that same strength and stability.
I chose the name Parish Lending because nothing says Louisiana like our beloved parishes, each one its own community with character and heart. Here, we’re not just financing houses; we’re helping you find the place where laughter echoes through the halls, where memories take root, and where you can truly be yourself.

Bio
Erica is the founder and owner of Parish Lending, a Louisiana-based mortgage brokerage launched in 2019. With a bachelor’s degree from LSU, she combines deep local knowledge and professional expertise to guide families toward homeownership.
Beyond the office, Erica is a dedicated tennis player, LSU Lady Tigers fan, and parishioner at St. Jude the Apostle Church. In 2015, her family was honored as the Mickey McNulty Tennis Family of the Year.
